OWN YOUR PROGRESS

How do you love your progress picture and general progress? You might have noticed that your body may be a new shape now and going shopping for some new clothes might be a great idea. Looking and feeling great is an incredible confidence booster and can make you feel strong and powerful that you could follow through with the program with such success. We often don’t realize how much weight we have lost when we are hiding behind baggy clothes.

By now, you may have gotten into a routine with your eating program. You might be so used to getting through the meals that you may have forgotten how it works or what it means to be in ketosis. If this sounds like you, this is a great time to attend another workshop as a refresher. With every workshop you attend, you will gain another piece of knowledge. Remember to bring a friend as a support person! You can also attend virtually; ask your coach to send you the link!

Flatbread with Chicken Soup

Ingredients:
1 packet ShiftSetGo Chicken Soup
1 whole egg
1 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp basil
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp garlic powder
1 pinch cilantro (optional)
2 oz water
¼ tsp oregano

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Spread on sprayed cookie sheet.
4. Bake 20 minutes until done.
