Sticking to Stage 1 was tough at the beginning. It’s hard to restrict yourself while family and friends are not, but you did it! You followed the plan and are achieving your objective. We want to commend you for making your health a priority and doing exactly what YOU need!

Now, we want to prepare you for the freedom of maintenance because the real goal is to keep the weight off! You have had a particular routine; changing this routine and adding flexibility will be a significant mental shift.

Remember, when you decided to begin your weight loss journey, you created a “WHY.” Your WHY is now your reason for maintaining your weight! There is no reason to go back, and your many lifestyle changes will support you in this. Maintenance is a lot longer than weight loss, and you will need to keep yourself motivated to make consistently healthy choices. The need for long term motivation is why we need you to continue to see your coach!

Life has a lot of ups and downs, and to truly settle into a routine that will work for you long term, you will benefit from your coach’s accountability and support.

Your health is true wealth, do everything you can to keep it!

Don’t stop journaling! While moving into Stage 3, it will remain important to journal what you are eating. We have a journal designed just for Stage 3, as you will be eating all whole foods!

1 ShiftSetGo Vanilla Ready-to-Go Drink
1½ tsp ShiftSetGo Vanilla Pudding/Shake mix (dry)
⅛ tsp rum extract
¼ tsp nutmeg

1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend and serve over ice, or warmed up!
